• Graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from Lynn University in Boca Raton.
• Has over 31 years experience in education.
• Received the Teacher of the Year award twice during teaching career.
• Was a teacher for 24 years primarily teaching at the lower elementary level: Kindergarten and 1st grades.
• Taught 7th & 8th grade Language Arts and Literature for two (2) years.
• Have been in a school administrator role for seven (7) years.
• Previously taught at Abundant Life Christian Academy in South Florida in early years of teaching for nine (9) years.
• Moved to Virginia and taught at Grace Preparatory School and Fredericksburg Christian School for 14 years.
• Moved back to South Florida with my family and taught at Innovation Charter School for five (5) years, then moved into an administrative position as Director of Intervention.
• Returned to Abundant Life Christian Academy to fill an administrative position as Director of ESE & Intervention for two (2) years.
• Has been at Bethany since 2023.
